Grace Perry Huddleston

Get to Know Me

She grew up in Charleston where her love for real estate started at an early age, as her weekends were often spent with her dad exploring investment properties. In 2011, she began her real estate career in property management after graduating from Wofford College. This experience, along with her memories of exploring homes with her dad, sparked a passion and taught her the importance of understanding each client's needs and matching those with a smooth and beneficial transaction.

She is truly a "people person" and creates a personal connection with everyone she meets, which allows her to understand exactly what her clients look for in a place to call home.

She attended Ashley Hall, Porter-Gaud and earned her Bachelor of Arts from Wofford College.

Her presence and involvement in the community matches her personable nature. She is a member of the National Society of the Colonial Dames, Charleston Library Society, a member of St. Phillips Church, was Past President of the Young Alumni Association for Porter-Gaud and is a member of the Porter-Gaud Alumni Board. She currently resides in Mount Pleasant with her husband and son.
