Grace Perry’s love for Charleston real estate began at an early age. Growing up in Charleston, she spent weekends exploring investment properties with her dad, developing an appreciation for the character, history, and individuality of the homes and neighborhoods that make the Lowcountry so special.

After graduating from Wofford College in 2011, she began her real estate career in property management. This experience gave her a valuable understanding of owning, managing, and investing in real estate, while reinforcing the importance of listening to each client’s unique needs. Today, she brings that same thoughtful perspective to every buying and selling experience. She was honored with the 2021 Realtor of Distinction Silver Circle Award in recognition of her achievements in real estate.

With deep roots in Charleston, Grace Perry believes the best real estate relationships are built on trust, communication, and taking the time to truly listen. She enjoys getting to know her clients and understanding what matters most to them, not only what they are looking for in a home, but how they want to live and what they envision for their next chapter. Her approachable nature, local knowledge, and attention to detail allow her to thoughtfully guide clients through the process and make each experience feel personal, seamless, and enjoyable.

She attended Ashley Hall and Porter-Gaud before earning her Bachelor of Arts from Wofford College. Her connection to the Charleston community extends beyond real estate, and is a member of the National Society of the Colonial Dames and St. Philip’s Church.

Outside of real estate, Grace Perry enjoys spending time with her husband, Briggs, and their son, Heyward. Whether they’re spending time on Edisto, boating, enjoying the outdoors, or exploring all that Charleston has to offer, she loves the lifestyle and community that make the Lowcountry such a special place to call home.
