A Charleston native, Beverly developed an appreciation for real estate and the beautiful homes of the Lowcountry at a young age. After graduating from Porter-Gaud School and Clemson University, she moved to Manhattan to pursue a career in real estate. There, she gained valuable experience navigating one of the most competitive markets in the country. Her additional background in interior design and public relations enables her to recognize a property’s potential and work creatively to achieve her clients’ needs.
The charm of Charleston eventually drew Beverly back home, where she became an agent at William Means. Aside from working in real estate, she enjoys traveling, yoga, art, concerts, and spending time with her friends, family, and dog. She currently resides in Wagener Terrace on Charleston’s Upper Peninsula.

Favorite Charleston Restaurant and Why?
There are so many delicious options, but Leon’s is probably my favorite neighborhood go-to. A chic space set in an old auto body shop, it has a relaxed atmosphere and great outdoor seating. Serving amazing salads, fried chicken, oysters, and rosé—what’s not to love?
Describe the Perfect Saturday Afternoon in Charleston.
A perfect Saturday always starts with a trip to the beach with my dog. My mom grew up on Sullivan’s Island, so it has a special place in our hearts. After that, exploring the town with friends—walking in Hampton Park, visiting a new restaurant or brewery, and then watching the sun set over the Ashley.
