Click Find A Home in the top left menu of CharlestonRealestate.com.
- Enter your search parameters, including location, number of bedrooms, and bathrooms, and price.
- Click the orange Show Advanced Search button to enter more details like square footage, acreage, and other “must-haves.”
- Click the blue Submit button.
- The listings that match your search terms will populate on the page under the Featured Listings header.
- Press the blue Save Search button.
- A pop-up will prompt you to name your search. Check the box next to Send Daily Alert. This will enable to receive an email with updated listings that match your search.
Need to edit your Saved Search? When logged in, simply click Saved Searches at the top right corner of the page. Here you can view all of your saved searches, turn them on or off, or delete them when you’re finished.
