Support Restaurants. Charleston is known for its incredible culinary scene, and though restaurants are not open for dine-in service, many are offering take-out options of their most-loved menu items and even drinks. Give to Local Relief Resources. There are many nonprofit organizations in Charleston committed to providing relief for Lowcountry families and healthcare workers during these difficult times. Be a Good Neighbor. Even with social distancing guidelines in place, there are many ways we can be of help to others.
