In 2017, she joined LIV Sotheby's International Realty in Vail, Colorado, where she worked in the resort marketing department and gained an in-depth understanding of the Sotheby's International Realty brand. Supporting more than 50 brokers, she executed cohesive, high-end marketing initiatives across residential and mixed-use properties in one of the country's most competitive luxury markets.

Paige then worked directly under a top-producing LIV Sotheby's broker, serving in a combined marketing and transaction support role. Over five years, she helped support over $350 million in closed residential transactions, contributing to consistent year-over-year growth through strategic property positioning, branding, and campaign execution.

As the business expanded into development, Paige's focus evolved to include luxury new construction, helping launch $338 million in listing volume.
