25 Broad St,For more than 17 years, Drew has served as William Means Real Estate's Director of Sales and East Cooper Broker-In-Charge, leading the firm to record growth and overseeing more than $3 billion in sales. He brings over 25 years of experience in real estate, development, marketing, and promotions to the role.
Before William Means, he was Director of Sales and Marketing for the I'On Group, where he helped oversee more than $350 million in residential homesite and home sales and directed strategy for agents, staff, investors, and owners. He also managed relations for the I'On Builder's Guild, which won numerous PRISM awards from the Charleston Trident Homebuilders Association during his tenure and was nominated for Marketer of the Year by the Charleston American Marketing Association.
Earlier, he was Director of Marketing for the Family Circle Cup and Family Circle Tennis Center on Daniel Island, managing marketing, public relations, and client services for the Tier 1 tournament, its members, vendors, and top professional players.
He is a licensed real estate agent and past President of the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® (CTAR) Board of Directors, having previously served as President-Elect, First Vice President, and Treasurer. In 2025, he was inducted into CTAR's Distinguished Service Society. He currently serves on the National Association of REALTORS® Sustainability Advisory Group and as Region 1 Regional Vice President for South Carolina REALTORS® (SCR), where he also sits on the Legislative, Professional Standards, Grievance, Forms, and Candidate Screening committees. He completed the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce Civic Leaders Academy and the SC REALTORS® Leadership Academy.
