William Means to Provide Sales and Marketing Services for Tides Condominiums on Charleston Harbor

Tides Condominiums on Charleston Harbor

Carolina Eastport, LLC, the developer of Tides Condominiums on Charleston Harbor, announced that Tides has engaged William Means Real Estate to market and sell the remaining condominiums in the development. Fully complete in late 2008, this collection of 1,2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom units will be the last opportunity to purchase a new unit at Tides, Charleston’s most luxurious waterfront condominium project. Prices range from the $500,000’s to $3.4 million.

By moving the sales and marketing efforts to William Means Real Estate, Tides will be positioned to take advantage of a full-service marketing and support staff and the knowledge and experience of a firm dating to 1933. Tides Condominiums on Charleston Harbor is a luxury, waterfront 120-unit condominium project at the foot of the Ravenel Bridge in Mount Pleasant. The project started in the summer of 2005 and consists of three 6-story buildings, a 2,500 sf. amenity center complete with gym, community room with wet bar, business center, steam and cedar saunas, therapeutic whirlpool and on-site masseuse and esthetician. The pool area has a cabana with summer kitchen, outdoor Jacuzzi, fire pit and beach feature.
