Testimonials

  • Where do I begin…. You continued to update us on any recent home listings and then found the perfect fit! After that, everything was a whirlwind! You were simply amazing with all you did to make everything work out for all parties. Your communication, knowledge of the area, expertise in the housing market, and suggestions were so appreciated. It is a blessing that we were able to have the opportunity to work with such a professional and first class lady.

  • My husband and I were blessed to work with Georgia Bell on our first home in 2008. Her knowledge and patience were invaluable as we navigated the market for the first time, which is why we enlisted her help once more when we began to look for our current home. Once again, her keen awareness and attention detail benefited us greatly – allowing us to sell quickly and close on our new home with ease. She helped as at every step along the way and is such a pleasure and joy to work with!

  • Georgia was the third realtor I used to sell my Folly Beach condo. Third times a charm they say, and it is! She sold my condo quickly, returns calls and emails promptly. I am so happy I was referred to Georgia and will definitely use her services when I purchase another home.
    - Mary Lendacki

  • Georgia Bell sold us our beautiful home on King Street in Downtown Charleston around 9 years ago and recently sold it for us. She is a joy to work with and has the highest ethical standards and work ethic. She took care of all the details as we had moved out of state. She went above and beyond the call of duty and we highly recommend Georgia and William Means. It is rare to find such an elegant professional who knows the market like she does and doesn't mind watering the flowers, meeting the contractor and helping the maid service!

  • I had the great fortune of Georgia Bell's expertise in my most recent real estate transaction. The experience was seamless due to Georgia's attention to detail, throughout the process. I was amazed at how gracefully she handled the negotiations. Although Georgia officially acted as seller's agent, she urged the buyer's realtor to carry-through on all formalities, resulting in a quick, uncomplicated closing for both the seller and buyer. Georgia has been my Realtor on numerous occasions. Her professionalism and integrity are why I keep coming back. She is a trusted Realtor and a true friend!

  • My husband and I have used Georgia Bell as our realtor to buy two homes and sell one home in the last several years. We were so happy that we chose Georgia for our first purchase in Charleston and were extremely pleased with her representation during our most recent purchase and sale. Georgia is honest, kind and professional. She made our search for a new home a pleasure and so very easy. We highly recommend Georgia and would never think of using any other realtor in the Charleston area.

  • Georgia was invaluable in representing us during the almost two months it took to complete the transaction of our purchase of a historic home. We needed to have a contract in hand before we could submit a contract which would be considered by the seller. With her recommendation, we arrived at a price to sell our current home that ensured an offer in a few days that we accepted. Then, while working through all the required paperwork, inspections, etc., Georgia was there at every step. More importantly, she was available for the much more complicated purchase of the historic property and some fairly difficult negotiations with the seller and the bank and a major mortgage requirement. Both day and night, she was there to discuss issues, provide her recommendations, and fully execute whatever decision the three of us made. There is no finer realtor who does everything with style, class, and patience.

  • Thank you so much Georgia for all of your help. You were able to sell our home when two other Realtors were not, and at a reasonable price. It was more difficult than expected but all's well that ends well.
    - Craig Sharon

  • My fiancé and I relocated to Charleston and were very nervous about buying our first house in a new city where neither of us had been before. Luckily, we had Georgia Bell as our real estate agent! From our first phone call, I knew we'd be in good hands with Georgia guiding us. She really took the time to get to know us and understand what we wanted in a house. After a few days with Georgia, we felt very familiar with the area. She also helped us craft our offers to be the most competitive as possible, which was critical in the red-hot market. The fact that we were able to buy our dream house from 1,000 miles away in Boston in one of the most competitive seller's markets in history is a testament to Georgia's skill as an agent. Working with Georgia was a pleasure every step of the way and we would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Charleston area!
